Albatross Wellbeing is a counselling practice offering confidential, evidence-informed support for individuals and couples navigating emotional, relational and life challenges. Sessions are collaborative, structured and direction-focused, creating space to understand your concerns while actively working toward meaningful and sustainable change, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrative approaches. All sessions are conducted online, offering a professional, reflective and accessible space for clients.
You may find this space helpful if you are looking for a structured, psychologically conscientious approach and are ready to engage actively in growth, skill development and sustained change. Albatross Wellbeing is not a crisis service but aims to offer steady support for concerns such as stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Where a different level or type of care is needed, appropriate guidance or referrals can be discussed.
